| Cabinet Material: | All cabinets are constructed of .090 ga. Aluminum Process: All metal is cut using a computer
guided laser beam cutter to tolerances of ±5 thousandths of an inch (.005"). Metal is
creased, folded, and formed using state-of-the-art equipment. |
| Cabinet Coating: | All cabinets are pretreated with a non-chromium (environmentally safe) undercoating. A
color coat of TGIC (triglycidly isocyanurate) Powdura polyester powder is then applied
electrostatically TGIC is a curing agent added to the powder for its superior outdoor
exposure qualities. Anti-stick agents are also added to enhance graffiti removal and ease
general cleaning. |
| Process: | Each cabinet component is oven blasted at 410° Fahrenheit for 30 minutes to ensure the
coating’s hardness. |
| Thickness: | The coating is applied to a minimum thickness of 5 mils (125 microns). |
