Advertising Rates

Individual CityBoards are priced from $375.00/mo to $600.00/mo (queen size: 30” x 88”)*, in quantities (from 1-25 locations), for periods not less than 4 weeks. Six and twelve month agreements earn additional discounts from published rates. Call for a quote and planning map of available locations.

Shorter posting periods available to sponsors of downtown events. Downtown restaurants, retail merchants, and arts & entertainment attractions may qualify for special pricing.

Production costs are separate charges from listed rates. $200 per poster from rip-ready digital files. $180 each for 10 or more of same poster. If client provides their own artwork, it should be printed with ultra-violet inks on bright white paper that will not show bleed through (46 lb. presentation bond works best). Printed artwork must then be encapsulated with a minimum 3mil. laminate (both sides) with moisture proof sealed edges.

*Premium locations may be billed at a higher rate.

SCALE/DOCUMENT SETUP
Queen-size CityBoard ad panels have a trim size of 31” high by 89” wide. For the smaller 36” x 36” ad panel the trim edge is 37” x 37”. The live area for critical copy and graphics should be at least 2” inside of the trim dimensions. Bleed images to trim edge. Document should be created at 50% of printed trim size (Queen: 15½” high x 44½” wide). All tiffs created for and placed into the 50% documents should not exceed 300 dpi.

FONTS
Include both printer and screen fonts on supplied media.

DESIGN TIPS
Simple designs with few elements, highly legible type and large illustrations or photographs work best on this type of horizontal format.
